With the development of society, the requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity use are increasingly high. High-voltage circuit breakers bear the dual tasks of control and protection in the power system, and their performance is directly related to the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important parameters for judging the performance of circuit breakers. The High-voltage Switch Comprehensive Characteristic Tester (also known as the High-voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester) is designed based on the latest standard "High-voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003, with reference to the national power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for High-voltage Test Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2004. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various types of circuit breakers and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers such as low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, and SF6 at various voltage levels.

Product Features
• This instrument is an embedded industrial computer with a motherboard based on CortexTM8, a main frequency of 1GHz, 1GB flash memory, and a fast boot time of only 16 seconds. It features an 8.4-inch color large screen, Windows operating system, an intuitive user-friendly interface, a touch screen, and supports Chinese and English input, making it convenient for on-site operators to use.
• High-speed thermal printer for convenient on-site printing of test data.
• Built-in operational power supply, eliminating the need for an external secondary power source, making it convenient and fast to use. It provides an adjustable DC power supply of 10–260V with a current of 20A. It allows arbitrary setting of the operating voltage values for opening and closing coils and can perform low-voltage operation tests for circuit breakers.
• Equipped with linear sensors, rotary sensors, universal sensors, brackets, and dedicated fixed multi-functional connectors, making installation extremely convenient and simple.
• Suitable for all types of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical appliances, vacuum switches, and oil switches produced domestically and internationally.
• With one switch operation, all data and graphs are obtained.
• The host can store 30,000 sets of test data (expandable with a memory card) and has a built-in real-time clock for easy archiving.
• Equipped with a USB interface, allowing data to be directly saved to a USB drive and uploaded to a computer for analysis and storage.
• Capable of simultaneously measuring 12 metal contact breakpoints, 6 main and auxiliary breakpoints, 6 closing resistors, and 3 graphite contacts.
• Includes an envelope curve function, generating standard envelope curves from the test values of multiple (2–10) switches for analysis and comparison, and can also perform switch vibration frequency analysis.
• Fully automatic motor energy storage and motor power measurement functions.
• Internal anti-interference circuit ensures reliable use in 800kV substations.
